Scuba Diving Locations
Tulamben is the home of the amazing USAT Liberty Ship wreck the wreck sits in 3m – 28m of water and is a perfect dive for all levels. There is also some amazing other dive sites, Drop Off and coral Garden.
Nusa Penida is where you will find all the amazing Manta’s and in the high season which is July till October, you will hopefully be lucky enough to see the Oceanic Sunfish (Mola Mola).
Amed is a stunning location with some amazing diving, there is the popular dive site where all the man made pyramids have been constructed, giving life and shelter to so many fish species in the area.
Menjangan is a perfect piece of paradise and a perfect location for diving, it sits on the north side of the island, meaning it very untouched, the corals are in amazing condition and the marine life is in abundance.
Only a few kilometers west of Tulamben, you can find Kubu, Bali. Kubu village first exist from salt panning & fishing. Now mainly from tourism. When Arriving there you will notice on the left woodpiles which are used for this technique of salt extraction.
This island of rock, Gili Biaha with a rounded cap of grass and it is the most remote of the Amuk Bay sites, located about four kilometres northeast of Tepekong. It is a beautiful steep drop-off reef, nicely fissured and terraced in places, rings most of the island.
ili Tepekong – Bali is the biggest offshore island in Amuk Bay, its location is actually closer from Candidasa resort, with its jagged boulder make up the access is difficult from there, due to the reef barrier which runs along the beach which form large waves rolling into the coastline.
Puri Jati - Menjangan
Puri Jati Menjangan dive site is located about 20 minutes drive from Lovina, to get down here driving past the Seririt Town about 200 meters, on the left side of the main road stands sign board Zien Villa Puri Jati, there is a small pavement road leads down to the black sandy beach.
Secret Bay -Menjangan
Secret Bay Menjangan dive site is located in front of the docking area of the Gilimanuk Harbor . I bet you won ‘t believe this place has so many things to see, until you put on your mask and start exploring the 2 to 6m depth of water. Visibility is varying from 3 to 15m.
